Houthis say they downed a Saudi CH-4 reconnaissance drone over Yemen's Al-Jawf while it was carrying out what they described as hostile missions.
Yemen's Houthi movement said it shot down a Saudi CH-4 armed reconnaissance drone over Al-Jawf province while the aircraft was carrying out what Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree described as hostile missions. Saree said the aircraft was the second CH-4 downed within 12 hours and the fourth reconnaissance drone downed within 24 hours. The claim adds to the recent escalation between Houthi forces and Saudi Arabia, but independent confirmation of the specific drone loss was not located in the verification pass, so the incident should remain clearly attributed to the Houthis.
