AceVector, the parent company of Snapdeal, has opened its IPO with a ₹30–₹32 price band after reducing its valuation expectations. The offering highlights continued investor interest in India’s e-commerce sector despite a more cautious pricing approach.
AceVector, the parent of Indian e-commerce platform Snapdeal, opened its initial public offering for subscription on September 25 after trimming the size and valuation of the deal. Reuters reported a price band of ₹30–₹32 per share, with the company seeking to raise about ₹4.2 billion and targeting a valuation of up to ₹17.41 billion, or roughly $182 million. The offering is a fresh Indian equity-capital-markets event and is separate from the Moneyview and NSE listings already covered by Piplix.
