Iran will not make concessions on its nuclear programme even if the United States accepts Tehran's proposal for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, a senior Iranian official told Reuters. The official said the strait would remain closed until Iran's conditions were met. Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi separately said Iran had given Washington a concrete seven-day plan.
